Mars

A shining testament to the resilience of mankind, New Starhaven is a near replica of the city that they once lost. The most populated city on Mars, New Starhaven is home to every type of being and every trade of life. A city that never sleeps.

The educational institute of Mars, the Academy exists to teach the new generation what was taught in schools on various other planets before The Blight hit, as well as educate new students on what happened twenty years ago and attempt to mold them into outstanding citizens.

This is the base of the peacekeeping alliance known as The Federation. They have made their home on Mars, and try to oversee peace for the entire planet. A large, fortress-like building, they stand in defiance against the APBA and the Rogues alike to protect the citizens of the planet. Not everyone agrees with their ways, however.
