Europa

Europa, one of the Jovian moons, is a cold world with average surface temperatures of -160 C. Below its frozen crust exists a vast ocean heated by hydrothermal vents. It has no native sentient lifeforms, but has an abundance of marine life that thrives in its subsurface ocean. The sole human colony is the domed city of Galilee. Currently owned by Dorothy Deucalion.
